Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fluy ("Fluy", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD).

2. How we use the data
- To answer contact requests, quotes and commercial proposals.
- To schedule meetings and follow up on conversations about your project.

- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data based on consent, on pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request, on Fluy's legitimate interest (for example, website usage analytics) and on compliance with legal obligations, as set out in Article 7 of the LGPD.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may only be shared with vendors that help us run the website and our communication, such as hosting services, contact management (Notion), analytics (Google) and messaging (WhatsApp/email), always limited to the purposes described in this policy. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
Some of these vendors may store data outside Brazil. In such cases we use vendors that offer adequate protection safeguards, as provided in Articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD.

This website does not collect card or banking data. In the projects we build for clients, we use payment gateway integrations that tokenize card data, so this information is not stored by our clients' systems.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (for example, to remember your language) and analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some website features.
